Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of Once Weekly Meds in Adult Participants with Obesity or Overweight, and Type 2 Diabetes.

• ≥18 years of age

• Clinically diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes and are on stable treatment >3 months consisting of either diet/exercise OR <3 oral AHMs (excluding incretins)

• BMI ≥27 kg/m2 at screening

• No obesity management medications within prior 1 year.

• No Type 1 Diabetes
