A Phase 3 study investigating the efficacy and safety of an investigational medication in adults with obesity or overweight and Type 2 diabetes.

At least 18 years of age with a BMI over 27 at screening
Clinical diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes with HbA1c of 6.5% to 10.5% at screening
Stable self-reported body weight (less than 5% change) for the 90 days before the first visit
