A Phase 2, randomized, double-blind study comparing a switch from tirzepatide to an investigational medication with continuing tirzepatide in adults with obesity or overweight.
- At least 18 years of age
- On a stable dose of marketed once-weekly 10 mg tirzepatide (not compounded) for at least 90 days before screening, and willing to stay on that dose through the screening period
- Stable body weight (less than 5% change) for the 90 days before screening
- BMI of 25 or more
