A Phase 3, randomized, double-blind study of a fixed-dose combination of an investigational medication and a statin, compared with each medication alone and placebo, on LDL cholesterol in adults who have not received lipid-lowering treatment.
- At least 18 years of age
- No clinical history of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) and a low estimated 10-year ASCVD risk
- No lipid-lowering treatment in the 3 months before screening
- Fasting LDL-C of 100 mg/dL or more at screening
