A Phase 2, randomized, placebo-controlled study of the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of an investigational GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist at different doses and titration schedules in adults living with overweight or obesity.

Aged 18 to 65 years
BMI of 30.0 or more and under 45.0 at screening, OR BMI of 27.0 or more with at least one weight-related condition: treated hypertension or blood pressure of 130/80 or higher; treated dyslipidemia or LDL-C of 160 mg/dL or more, triglycerides of 150 mg/dL or more, or HDL-C under 40 mg/dL (men) or under 50 mg/dL (women); prediabetes (treated, HbA1c 5.7% to under 6.5%, or two fasting glucose readings of 100 mg/dL or more); obstructive sleep apnea confirmed by a sleep study; established coronary artery disease; heart failure (NYHA Class II to III or a prior heart failure hospitalization); established peripheral artery disease; established cerebrovascular disease (stroke, TIA, or carotid or cerebral revascularization); or MASLD, including MASH
