A Phase 3, randomized, double-blind study evaluating an investigational medication combined with an SGLT-2 inhibitor, compared with the SGLT-2 inhibitor alone, on kidney and cardiovascular outcomes in adults with stage 3b or 4 chronic kidney disease.
- At least 18 years of age
- Diagnosis of chronic kidney disease with either: eGFR of 15 to under 45 with UACR of 30 mg/g or more (central lab), UACR of 100 mg/g or more (local lab), or UPCR of 200 mg/g or more (local lab); or eGFR of 15 to under 30 with UACR under 30 mg/g (limited number of places)
- Serum or plasma potassium of 5.0 mmol/L or less
