• One of the following:

  • Have Lp(a) >175 nmol/L and history of documented ASCVD

  • or LpA > 175 without history of ASCVD but at high risk of ASCVD (e. Hypertension, Type 2 Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, family history of ASCVD)

• For those with a history of prior ASCVD event(s), most recent event occurring between > 90 days and 10 years prior to screening.
